With more than 20 stalls trailing through the beautiful Elizabethan mansion on St Faiths Street, each stall offering stunning hand-made goods.
From jewellery for adults and children, unique hand-made bags, one of a kind glass, wooden and felt gifts, illustrated bags and prints as well Maidstone’s very own home made gin and handmade biscuits, all making excellent gifts for loved ones.
Victoria Barlow, Maidstone Museum Director said:
“The Museum is such a wonderful traditional Christmassy location for a craft fair. It is great to see so many local talented people selling their homemade gifts. Come along for a real Christmas treat!”
Father Christmas will also be dropping in to his candlelit library at Maidstone Museum and still has some availability for a visit on 19 and 20 December from 10.30am. The cosiest Father Christmas visit in town will give children the chance to leave a wish with him and receive a present.
Booking is essential; cost is £8 per ticket and families are advised to book consecutive slots for more than one child. Maidstone Rotary Club are working with the Museum and their profits will go to local charities of their choice.
