Maidstone Borough Council is encouraging local companies that qualify to apply for a non-repayable cash Grant as soon as possible.
Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) has launched a crowdfunding appeal – ‘Maidstone Cares’ today (Friday 24 April), to support local charities and help communities across the borough most affected by the ongoing Coronavirus (Covid-19) and is asking everyone who can to help by donating money to the campaign.
New legislation and government regulations which have changed rules around holding Council committee meetings will now allow Maidstone Borough Council to resume some Committee meetings in the coming weeks.
Maidstone Borough Council has now paid out more than £9.7 million to small businesses that qualify for the government grants.
