MBC gives update on funeral services in Maidstone

Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is reminding people of changes to funeral services at Vinters Park Crematorium and Maidstone Cemetery during the Covid-19 lockdown. Both the Crematorium and Cemetery (owned and run by MBC), are updating the public on current best practise for burials and cremations following government guidance introduced in respect of social distancing.

Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is asking residents to avoid using the A20 or M20 this evening as the motorway is due to be closed London (west) bound between Junctions 8 (Leeds Castle) and 9 (Ashford) to increase capacity for lorries to wait before crossing the Channel.
