Maidstone has seen a large growth in new enterprises in the past 12 months with the borough having the highest business survival rates in Kent.
The new Maidstone Business Suite is a great opportunity for new and existing businesses – whatever their size to locate themselves with fantastic facilities and expert support to help them start, grow and thrive.
The Business Suite works in conjunction with MBC’s Business Terrace which was opened eight years ago and provides high-quality flexible workspace. The Council’s Economic Development Team has introduced the new office space as part of their with partner organisations including Let’s Do Business providing support and advice when required.
Previously based in Rochester, project management and quantity surveying consultancy – Logic PM has chosen to relocate to the Business Suite. Managing Director Nick Baster said:
The Business Suite is a great new facility which provides us with an inclusive offering so that we don’t have to worry about any additional overheads, allowing the company to continue to grow in a collaborative space.
One of the main reasons we chose to base Logic PM here in the centre of Maidstone is ease of location. The office is within easy access to transport links, near to the car park for our staff and I can even walk to work, reducing our carbon footprint.
