News Free Cyber Security event 12 May at Maidstone Innovation Centre

Join Kent Police, IT Desk and industry experts at Maidstone Innovation Centre (MIC) for a FREE Cyber Security and Business Recovery Event this Friday 12 May 2023.

IT Desk has partnered with Datto and Kent Police to help businesses calculate the risk of a cyber attack on their business, create a plan to deal with it and help with focussing on the damage and loss that can occur from poor Cyber Security.

David Burton, Leader of Maidstone Borough Council said:

“In most cases the harm from cyber attacks on businesses is caused by human error so this workshop will offer some really useful tips and insights in how to protect your business from fraud and cyber crime.

“A cyber attack can be disastrous and every business should have a backup plan and know how much they could lose. During the workshop businesses will learn how to protect themselves from data loss and be given a comprehensive set of business continuity and disaster recovery tools.”
