Local people are welcome to pop-in to the WI Hall to grab a cuppa and talk to friendly experts from many organisations who will be on hand for anyone needing help or support with housing, recycling, paying bills, utility savings or concerns about the cost of living.

“These roadshows are proving to be invaluable to those residents who need extra support and advice and we urge anyone who is struggling or needs some information on what they might be entitled to please come along.“We are really grateful to all our partner organisations who are supporting us with these and giving up their valuable time to be on hand to answer questions. If you know anyone who might need some help please let them know about this roadshow which is open to everyone, please come and talk to us.”
Paul Hardy from Maidstone Citizens Advice said:
“We work closely with MBC and are pleased to be able to offer our help at these roadshows. We can help with all sorts of queries on all sorts of topics from welfare benefits, debt, consumer and employment to tailored energy advice and many, many more.”
All the advice the Council and partner organisations are offering is free, impartial and confidential; it is tailored to help each individual situation.
