Maidstone Museum is getting in the spirit of Halloween with ‘Make-It!’ craft sessions this half-term.

Three days of spooky workshops are being held on Tuesday 24, Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 October when children (aged between 4 and 11 years) will get the chance to create hanging pumpkins, ghost kites, witches and wizards.  Three craft sessions will be held each day and cost just £3.50 per child, but booking is required as places sell out fast.

Cllr Claudine Russell, Lead Member for Leisure and Arts at MBC said:

The Learning Team do a great job all-year round putting on some fantastic craft events for children.  This October half-term is going to be another great opportunity for kids to get creative in time for Halloween.

Maidstone Museum is owned and run by the Council, it is an important part of our heritage and is free to enter. One of our key aims is to offer a vibrant leisure and culture offer, which is enjoyed by residents and attractive to visitors, these events are an important part of that.

There are three ‘Halloween Make It!’ craft sessions scheduled each day from 24 – 26 October; to book tickets and for more information about all exhibitions and events at Maidstone Museum visit: https://museum.maidstone.gov.uk/whats-on/events/
