MBC Lead Cabinet Member for Communities, Leisure and Arts – Cllr Claudine Russell said:

“People have told us that the price of food, utilities, heating, fuel and paying their bills are just a few of the things they are really worried about, so following the success of previous similar roadshows we have decided to offer help again to anyone who needs it.

“Trinity is a great town centre venue for this event and we hope anyone who needs some help and advice will come along. We are working with our many partners to provide as much support and advice that we can, under one roof, to make it as simple as possible for people to get the help they need.

“We are reminding anyone worried about their rising costs that they are not alone and we are here to help, please come and talk to us.”

All the advice the Council and partner organisations are offering is free, impartial and confidential; it is tailored to help each individual situation.
