News New culinary delight at Lockmeadow as Perfect Pulled Pork gets ready to open
Maidstone’s Lockmeadow vibrant food scene is set to welcome an exciting addition with the launch of Perfect Pulled Pork at the end of February. Headed by twin brothers Royston and Kingsley Starling, the new food outlet promises to further elevate the street food experience in Maidstone.
Based at the Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) owned Lockmeadow Entertainment Centre, Perfect Pulled Pork promises to be a culinary journey that celebrates quality, flavour and innovation in street food.
MBC Cabinet Member for Healthier Stronger Communities Cllr Stephen Thompson expressed his enthusiasm, saying:
This further addition to the quick food stop options is a tremendous boost for Lockmeadow and Maidstone. I really look forward to experiencing the exciting new menu firsthand, including the vegetarian options, and am confident Perfect Pulled Pork will become a favourite among locals and visitors alike.
After honing his culinary skills in Hong Kong for 15 years, Kingsley Starling, the chef behind the venture, brings his expertise to Maidstone.
With a decade-long passion for perfecting the art of pulled pork, Kingsley's signature dish is a testament to his devotion. Cooked sous vide for over 24 hours, (at a low temperature for a long time), this melt-in-the-mouth creation bursts with flavour, promising to captivate food enthusiasts with every bite.

We're thrilled to introduce Maidstone to our unique take on pulled pork. Cooked Sous Vide, our food is infused with signature herbs, ensuring each bite is succulent and bursting with flavour.
