Advice for people impacted by the water shortages in Maidstone

We know how challenging the current water supply issues are for residents across Maidstone, particularly in this hot weather.

For now, water deliveries are being made to those on the Priority Services Register.

South East Water has confirmed demand has been extremely high, with record levels of water being treated and pumped in recent days. Some customers may continue to experience low pressure or intermittent supply while reservoir levels recover.

For those with a supply, please use water for essential purposes only.
