Patients in North Kent are much less satisfied with their experience of accessing GP services than across England as a whole, two new reports have found.

Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) will be asking for views on how best to plan for the future accommodation needs of the borough’s Gypsy, Traveller and Travelling Showpeople communities and where new sites could be located across the borough as part of a statutory consultation.
Free Talk of the Town history tours at Maidstone Museum
Visit Maidstone Museum on Friday 17 and Saturday 18 February to meet characters from Maidstone’s past as they take visitors through the history of the town with character trails and pop-up performances. There will also be free bookable guided tours at 3.30pm and 4.30pm.

Maidstone Museum reopens for 2023 on Wednesday 8 February with a fascinating look at Animal Guising and the Kentish Hooden Horse, as part of an exhibition running until 17 Jun 2023.
