Maidstone Borough Council has written a further letter to Rt. Hon Robert Jenrick MP, The Secretary of State for Housing Communities and Local Government, about a lack of response to a letter originally sent in January.
The Maidstone Local Plan Review (LPR) is being discussed during the Council’s Strategic Planning and Infrastructure Committee held this evening - Tuesday 9 June 2020.
Following the Government announcement that all shops can reopen from 15 June, Maidstone Borough Council and One Maidstone are working closely with Kent County Council and Kent Police to make this happen as safely as possible.
Shoppers are being invited to return to the Maidstone Market at Lockmeadow to support local producers when it reopens this Saturday 13 June.
