Council-led Garden Community to the East of Lenham
Maidstone Borough Council’s Policy and Resources Committee tonight decided to continue exploring the possibility of a Garden Community, to the east of Lenham. This could provide around 5000 homes as well as community, healthcare, education, retail, business, leisure and green space in a new integrated and sustainable settlement.
