Maidstone Borough Council in conjunction with Maidstone Leisure Trust is offering one free hire of Mote Hall at Maidstone Leisure Centre to five community groups or charities in the borough during 2022/2023.
Work has begun on the Maidstone Cemetery Chapel to restore the beautiful Grade II listed building to its former glory.

Mayor of Maidstone Cllr Fay Gooch joined the local Soroptimist group to plant the first of 420 trees at Bridge Mill Way Recreation Ground in Tovil on a very cold and foggy morning on Saturday 15 January.
